Then Galaxia blasted the senshi again. The building crumbled, and Chibi Chibi started falling off the building. Sailor Moon dove to catch her. Then the Star Lights saved Sailor Moon.

Galaxia: Where will you run to next?
Galaxia: The galaxy now belongs to Galaxia!

Galaxia didn't think much of the Star Lights' attacks. But it began to get stronger and stronger. Then Galaxia dropped to the ground. Some blood dripped to the ground. The Star Lights had succeeded in injuring Sailor Galaxia.
Galaxia got up, more powerful than ever before, and blasted the Star Lights by sticking the sword into the ground.
Healer: We did it!
Maker: We struck back against Galaxia!
Fighter: She's not invincible! If we come together, we can win!
Galaxia: Why you...
Galaxia: Damn you for what you did!
Galaxia: I tried to take your Star Seeds, but I can't forgive you any longer!
Galaxia: The sin for hurting me is death!

The Star Lights got blasted. Galaxia was going to finish off the Star Lights, but Sailor Moon stepped in the way
Galaxia: What's wrong? Had enough?
Moon: Please, stop it! I don't want to lose any more important people!
Moon: I don't want to see them suffer!
Healer: No, Sailor Moon!
Maker: She's a cold devil without a Star Seed!
Fighter: She's not the kind who will listen to you!

Moon: We're both Sailor Soldiers! I'm sure we can understand each other!
Moon: If you're hurt, you shed red blood. I know you feel pain in your body and your heart.

The light hit Galaxia, and was going to have some effect on her. But Galaxia recovered, grabbed her sword, and attacked Sailor Moon. Sailor Star Fighter tried to protect Sailor Moon. Star Healer and Star Maker also went to protect Sailor Moon.
Moon: Oh, no!
Galaxia: Don't you see?
Galaxia: No one can defeat me!
Galaxia: I'll cut your Star Seed into pieces so it'll never shine again!
Galaxia: Die!
Moon: Fighter!
Fighter stands between Galaxia and sailor Moon.

A woman with wings with long hair was floating in the air, and she talked to Sailor Moon.

Hope: I am a shining star that was once within Galaxia, the Light of Hope.
Moon: The Light of Hope?
Hope: Please accept my shining life!
A pink butterfly flew to Sailor Moon, and merged with her star seed.
Moon: A warm light!
Sailor Moon raised her hands around the star seed and transformed into Princess Serenity.
The star seed then turned into a sword, similar to the sword that Galaxia was holding.
Moon: What's this?
Hope: Please!
Hope: Please light up the galaxy again with the Light of Hope...
Hope: ...by using this sword!
Moon: Sword?
Hope: Please defeat Galaxia with this, the Sword of Sealing!
Moon: But...
Hope: There's no time to think.
Hope: End the war!
Galaxia: I won't let that happen!
Fighter: Sailor Moon!
Hope: Now, use this sword and defeat Galaxia!

Galaxia crashed to the ground, but quickly got up. But her eyes lit up, as another spirit was taking over. Galaxia's bracelets broke off, one by one. Her eyes became red.
Moon: What do you mean?
Chaos: You're dead, Sailor Moon!
Chaos: I will collect every Star Seed and control the entire galaxy in the name of Chaos!
Moon: Please stop it!
Chaos: What?
Moon: There's no reason to fight!
Chaos: Are you still fooling around?
Chaos: I'm going to stop the cycle...
Chaos: ...of the Sailor Wars that has been repeating since the creation of the galaxy!
Chaos: For that, I want every single shine to die out!
Chaos: You, too! As well as that damned Light of Hope!
Moon: Oh, no...!
Hope: She's no longer Galaxia!
Hope: Her body has been completely taken over by Chaos.
Hope: Since she sealed Chaos into herself, her body began to spoil little by little.
Hope: She made a wish on her pure Star Seed and sent it to the far reaches of the galaxy...
Hope: ...and it reached you.
Galaxia released her own star seed, and it went off into the galaxy. This star seed became Chibi Chibi.
Moon: Was that Chibi Chibi?
Hope: But, it's too late!
Hope: Please, Sailor Moon, use that sword and save the galaxy!
Moon: Oh, no...
Moon: Please stop it!
Sailor Moon grabbed the sword and stopped falling. She grew wings out of her back, and floated in the air.
Chaos: Stop it? What's that in your hand?
Chaos: In fact, you like it this way...
Chaos: ...the battle!
Moon: No!
Chaos: It's the same!
Hope: Please, Sailor Moon! Fight back!
Hope: Stop her! Stop Galaxia!
Moon: No!
Hope: Please!
Moon: No, I can't!
Moon: No!
Chaos: "So you're going to take that sword and fight me. But you can't beat me with power. This body belongs to the strongest senshi in the galaxy, Sailor Galaxia."
Moon: "What do you mean?"
Galaxia attacked with her sword, but Sailor Moon blocked it.
Moon: "Stop it. There's no point in fighting."
Galaxia: "I have to put an end to the Sailor Wars To do that I have to have all of the glitter of the stars disappear. Yours, and that light of hope."
Galaxia attacked again. But Sailor Moon just tried to dodge the attacks. Chibi Chibi's voice kept asking Sailor Moon to fight, but she didn't.
Then as Galaxia got close enough to strike Sailor Moon, Sailor Moon put out her sword and stabbed Galaxia's wing.
Chaos: Damn you!
Some red blood dripped down the sword. But Galaxia just got mad and shattered Sailor Moon's sword.
Then Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon appeared where the sword used to be, and floated in front of Usagi. Chibi Chibi was unconscious.
Chaos: It's all over! The Light of Hope you believed in is now in pieces!
Fighter: The sword!
Moon: Chibi Chibi!
Chaos: Now, no one can stop me!
Moon: No! You're wrong!
Moon: Nothing is gained by fighting!
Moon: Because we end up hurting each other!
Sailor Moon still didn't want to fight, and she hugged Chibi Chibi. But Chibi Chibi vanished.
Moon: I'm sorry, Chibi Chibi...
Chaos: You don't have a soldier's courage or pride, do you?
Moon: If a soldier's pride means hurting one another, I don't want it.
Moon: I don't think anything is gained from fighting!
Chaos: What?
Chaos: Have you given up, Sailor Moon?
Moon: No, I haven't!
Moon: I love this world!
Chaos: What?
Moon: Even though there are lots of sad or difficult things...
Moon: ...I like this world very much because I could meet everyone!

Galaxia and Sailor Moon were floating in the sky. Sailor Moon was completely nude except for the wings on the back of her body. The Star Lights were just watching from the ground.
Chaos: Stop joking!
Chaos: This world can't be protected by someone who won't fight!
Chaos: It's because of your weakness that all your friends are gone!
Moon: They're not gone!
Chaos: What?
Moon: The Starlights told me... that if I don't give up, they're always with me!
Moon: It's possible that everyone is really gone when I give up.
Moon: So, I won't give up!

Song: ...pointing to a dark coliseum...
Chaos: How vain!
Song: ...as if it's beckoning me.

Sailor Moon got blasted. Sailor Moon was struggling. Galaxia was overpowering Sailor Moon.

Chaos: By giving up fighting...

[in an alternate dimension: Galaxia has long gold and red hair. She is in the field with lots of flowers.]

Sailor Moon flew to Galaxia. The star seeds came out from the flowers in the field, and floated around Galaxia.
Galaxia: "I can see it Sailor Moon, your glitter. The warm and gentle light."
Sailor Moon grabbed Galaxia's hand, and Chaos left Galaxia's body. Galaxia turned back into the real Galaxia, with long gold and red hair. Both Galaxia and Sailor Moon were nude, and floating in the sky.
Galaxia: Thank you, Sailor Moon!
Galaxia: Your shine lit up the galaxy with that very warm, sweet light!
Galaxia: Is Chaos gone?
Moon: I think it went back to where it belongs.
Galaxia: Where it belongs?
Moon: Yes, back to people's minds.
Galaxia: Then, again...?
Moon: Let's believe them!
Moon: The people who love their world!
Moon: Please don't worry! The Light of Hope is in everyone's mind!
Galaxia: How strong you are!
Galaxia: But what I did was irreparable!
Moon: Let's do it again from the beginning!
Moon: It's not too late!
Moon: Please guide the Star Seeds so they don't get lost.
Galaxia: Thank you...
Galaxia: ...Sailor Moon!
Galaxia freed all of the star seeds. The star seeds went out throughout the galaxy, and Galaxia vanished too.
Sailor Moon was floating by herself. She got lonely, and started crying.
Moon: Everyone, I hung in there!
Moon: But I'm lonely...
Moon: I'm not that strong!
Moon: I'm alone, everyone!
Mars: "You're not alone."
Suddenly everybody's star seed appeared around Sailor Moon. Then the Sailor Senshi appeared, everyone floating.
Moon: Everyone!
Mars: "You're not alone, Usagi."
Mercury: "Everyone is around you."
Moon: "Rei-chan, Ami-chan."
Venus: We believed...
Jupiter: ...that you could do it, Usagi!
Moon: "Minako-chan, Mako-chan. Is this a dream?"
Uranus: "It's not a dream. You saved this world."
Neptune: ...with your belief.
Moon: "Haruka-san, Michiru-san."
Saturn: "Thank you, Usagi-san."
Pluto: "You did very well."
Moon: "Hotaru-chan, Setsuna-san. I'm so happy."
Mamoru: "Usako."
Chibi Chibi: "Chibi"
Two more star seeds appeared. Then Mamoru and Chibi Chibi appeared.
Mamoru: "She lead me to you Usako."
Moon: "Mamo-chan."
Mamoru: "You did well, Usako."
Usagi (crying) flew over to Mamoru.
Moon: "Mamo-chan."
Mamoru: "It's all right. Everything is over."
Moon: Mmmm
Chibi Chibi: "Thank you."
then Chibi Chibi vanished.
Moon: "Thank you, Chibi Chibi."
Star Lights were watching everything from the ground.
Fighter: The Light of Hope is now in everyone's mind, isn't it?
Maker: It's what she told us.
Healer: And also about believing!
Princess: The angel has come down to Earth, hasn't she?
The princess appeared behind the Star Lights.
Starlights: Princess!
Healer: It's a miracle! 
Fighter: Truly wonderful!
Maker: Welcome back!
Princess: Yes!
Fighter: Thank you, everyone!"
Later, the five girls and Mamoru were at the top of the school building, with the three lights and the princess. Luna was on Ami's shoulder, and Artemis was on Minako's shoulder.
Ami: Are you really leaving?
Princess: Yes, the others are expecting us.
Yaten: "We'll make a new planet with our princess."
Luna: Good Luck! Said very happily.
Yaten: "Thank you, Luna."
Artemis: Luna!
Seiya: "Odango, I'm glad you got your boyfriend back!."

Usagi: We'll be expecting you!
Rei: "Good bye."
The Star Lights and the princess left.
Usagi [to herself]: "Thank you Seiya."
The shooting stars went across the sky. Hotaru, Setsuna, Haruka, and Michiru were in Haruka's car, by the ocean looking out at the stars.
Hotaru: "A shooting star."
Setsuna: What did you wish for?
Hotaru: It’s a secret. What did you wish for?
Setsuna: It's a secret!
Hotaru: You're sly!
Michiru: They're going home!
Haruka: Yes.
Haruka: They're not shooting stars anymore.
Haruka: They'll shine properly as stars in the night sky!
Michiru: You're right.
Hotaru: So, what did you wish for?
Michiru: There's nothing to wish upon!
Michiru: Now, is our happiest moment! Isn't it, Haruka?
Haruka: Yes!

Usagi and Mamoru kiss.
After the ED song, Chona said, "It's the end."
